This is my first guide I've ever made, don't expect me to have many chapters. I'm on the NA server and Vladmir is one of my all time favorite champs, ever.

Basically, my notes for the runes explain everything but if you want to know more about rune options feel free to PM me and I might include a more detailed rune explanation.

For masteries there are a variety of choices and in my personal opinion they can make the difference between a death and a kill. So basically, in a nutshell I run 23/0/7.

Why? Mainly because the AP boost helps a bit and unless you're building tanky Vlad you won't need Defense masteries.

Now you might be wondering, why do you have 7 points in Utility?
Well basically almost all of the points after you have 21 points in offense are minor. However, I like to always put one in summoner's wrath because of the tiny boosts which can drastically help you in some circumstances.

You can really put the point I put in Destruction anywhere, but it's just my personal preference to take it, because as a mage it can take ages to take down a turret and there arem't many other options that help as much.

Just take Ignite and Ghost. Not really anything combo of spells that fits Vladmir better. Flash works but ghost is just way better.

-Really great late game
-One of the best dodging skills in the game
-Awesome late game harass
-Great sustain
-Great cs power

Cons
-Can be countered really hard
-Easy to kill and extremely vulnerable without W
-Isn't that great until level 9
