Introduction

This build is based on your Coldowns and criticals instead of Basic attacks and damage.
Dont think that will work? Try it out!

Runes

I take critical damage instead of critical damage and critical chance becouse my passive os perfectly covering my critical chance.
I like coldown reduction runes also becouse of great damage Volley deals.Its also your main source of damage on lowbie levels.
Ashe is really one of champions that need to be leveled fast.So if you arent going to middle it good to take bonus XP.If you are going to middle its good to take some Armor Penaration.

Masteries

In Offense i take everything that helps me farming while i take regenerations and bonus Experience in utility for faster leveling up.

Items

I start building Yoomunu's Ghostblade.
But i dont build it any further after my Brutazer.Ill have it on low levels so its good to have some nice coldown reduction and damage.Ill use Volley more and once i do damage will be bigger.
Next item is Infintry edge.Since i have 2 coldown reduction items.Ionian Boots of Lucidity and Brutazer)I take some extra damage and what gives more damage then good old Infintry Edge.Last Bow gonna come handy on high levels since ill have problems with low damage on tanks and carrys that already bought some defense.After those 3 i continue building Yomunu's Ghostblade.Then my ad carry build is done.Now the defensive side of the build.Whats better for carry then Randulins Omen?Nothing!Can disable enemies so they cant catch you up and gives some health and great armor.Also Critical and Armor....Yap yap Atmas Impaler it is.Both defensive and ofensive AWESOME.

Skill Sequence

I take Volley each time i can except when point in my ultiimate is unavalible beccouse in this build its biggest source of damage.Frost arrow also applies to it so it has to be maxed too :).

Summoner Spells

Like i said.Ashe Needs level so instead of walking all way back to lane after recalling Teleport comes in handy.Flash is great escape and catch up spell.
