Imma keep this short, hi everyone im Ves1c. Morgana Jungle OTP for around 4 years now, i peaked on EUNE server being Rank 20 on challenger leaderboard with 1350 LP playing Morgana Jungle only.

Why make the guide? I noticed that Morgana have very big playerbase in lower elos but theres is actually not a single good morgana onetrick playing jungle in higher ranks beside me. I wanted to share what i learned in this 4 years of spaming this champion. and hopefully help fellow morgana jungle players!

Pros : Very good duelist lvl 6+
Very good at taking Objectives with W
Provides a lot of CC in mid/late game
Insane damage output when ahead
Hard to take kill
Black Shield

Cons : Weak before lvl 6, have to be carefull clearing
Struggles vs ad assassins
Need a lot of resources

Thats my fullclear on youtube for anyone who preffer to watch.

As morgana u wanna fullclear ur jungle all the time, u need to get lvl 6 as fast as possible.
Clear im doing and i recommend people to do is very consistent :
0:45 ward ur own blue buff and walk to raptors.
From there we do
RAPTORS > KRUGS > RED BUFF > DOGS > GROMP > BLUE BUFF > SCUTTLE > RAPTORS > KRUGS.
why clear like this? bcz et end of fullclear on recall we have exactly 1250 gold to buy Fated Ashes + Dark Seal.
(small tip if u are doing this fullclear level 2 when u are doing stones as 2nd camp u wanna use ur last W for stones when big stone is around 350hp, that way ur W will kill it and kill all the small stones along with it saving u extra time)
i will be making youtube video on how to fullclear in time soon so check my youtube if u are struggling with clearing in time.
It is very consistent clear and u do not rely on ganking after clearing crab.
Cons of this clear is that u are not allowed to gank anything before finishing entire clear, u have to be on raptor respawn timer to take them instantly otherwise u will get invaded.
After recalling and buying items u walk Dogs > Gromp > Dragon/Bot Lane
U wanna stack dragons ASAP on Morgana, Dragons are OP and should be played around every game, once u hit level 6 on morgana u win almost every 1v1 in Jungle so taking objectives should not be hard.

As morgana u play around ur Q have patience with it if u miss ur Q u are very vulnerable, sometimes not using ur Q at all is higher threat then using it.
Ur W Resets cooldown whenver it deals damage, U HAVE TO play around that. if u use ur W and u dont get CD reset u will be uselles next 10 secs. So in 95% of cases use W only on stunned target.

In 1v1 duels allin , if u are not behind against most champions u should be able to walk in them with blackshield use Ultimate and just follow them until ur Ult stuns them, then drop W, wait 1 sec and drop Q on them. in most cases this is enough to kill enemy champion.

In bigger fights u wanna try playing around ur Qs, Morgana Q is deadly weapon hit it once in teamfight its game changing. u are playing behind using Qs as a nukes QW combo deals insane damage if u are sligtly ahead. If u find an angel flashing in enemy team to ult is also good idea.

Closing game as Morgana is mostly done thru picks in Jungle with ur Q leading to major objectives.

Classic liandry build is what i would recommend to anyone starting to play morgana, it gives u a lot of HP and hourglass is very strong tool to have on Morgana.

Full Damage build is something i like to run it is very high damage output but risk of dying become way higher.

I would recommend to everyone in lower elos / everyone learning morgana.
To go classic liandry build every single game, dont change anything build same way every game. that way u get used to ur own damage and u know ur limits better.
Once u understand everything about champion and limits then u can get creative with items.

Here i will be giving small tips and tricks against every jungler

Ambessa : Skill matchup u can fight her at level 6 with ur ultimate, avoind interacting with her before bcz she have a lot of dashes to dodge ur Qs.

Amumu : Very easy matchup u can kill him easily after 6, in teamfights use E to prottect whoever he is targeting.

Bel'veth : Hard matcup since she can dash around and she can use damage reduction when u hit ur Q, try to avoid interacting with her before level 6, after that u can stand ur ground but still it will be hard to take her down 1v1.

Briar : Very easy matchup if she ever ults you u can just blackshield ur self hit Q while she is flying towards u and then just WR. her moumvent is very predictable making it very easy for u to land Qs.

Diana : easy matchup again, just fullclear get 6 and u win any 1v1 after that.

Ekko : Hard to take down unless u are ahead, trying to CC Lock him in teamfights is best u can do to not give him chance to ult.

Elise : Morgana strugles against early game junglers, but if u blackshield her E she cant really get to kill u, dont use ur Q when she is in spider form bcz she can just jump to dodge it.

Evelynn : Easy matchup u can always blackshild her charm, she is not gonna fight u early game so u are chilling, just get lvl 6 and force fights u are stronger.

Fiddlesticks : scary if he hit ult on u out of vision. avoid walking in no vision areas, in teamfights stay more behind so u can blackshield ur teammates if he ults them.

Graves : Early game is a problem if he invades, its okay to give camps if ur team cant follow, after level 6 if u are even in gold u can fight him with ur ultimate.

Hecarim : Hard to deal with early game, never force scuttle 1v1 vs him he can just run u down with ghost , after lvl 6 is a skill matchup u wanna wait him to ult u first then u blackshiled urself and ultimate into QW combo.

Ivern : annoying matchup daisy makes it very hard to hit Qs in teamfights, if u manage to walk in him with ult he is almost always dead tho, so just be patient.

Jarvan : Buy hourglass against this guy for his ult, if u hit Q on jarvan he still can EQ out of it so unless he is stunned u cant really kill him. he is not much of a threat tho just he is hard to take down.

Jax : Easy matchup just blackshiled his E and ult him follow him untill ult exploed and drop W Q u win most trades.

Karthus : Hard to keep up with his clear speed, try stacking drakes early when he is weak. after lvl 6 u get a lot of movespeed while in ult use that to ur advantage to dodge his Qs untill u stun and drop WQ most of times he dies to that. Also if ur teammates are low hp try to be close in case he ults u can blackshield to save em.


Kayn : Red kayn is very easy matcup, Blue kayn is annoying once he finish edge of night, try to smite his edge of night when possible before using Q.
If u ult kayn and then he ults you or someone else, once ur ultimate stun him he is forced to come out stunned, just be patient and WQ him after he comes out.

Kha'zix : he have a lot of damage be carefull, get hourglas and it becomes way easier matchup. Pay attention to ur R ability icon, if khazis is invisible near you your R icon will light up giving u extra time to react to his assassination attempt.

Kindred : very hard matchup espcly if she goes slightly ahead. but in teamfights if she ults and u ult inside her zone, she is forced to walk out of her own ultimate giving u insane advantage. avoid her early game play for out of vision Qs and teamfights.

Lee Sin : easy matchup if he jumps on u just Q or R, blackshield target he is trying to kick.

Lilia : Blackshield her ultimate, and even at full stacks if u ult lilia u are faster then her, so just follow her around untill u stun her and then drop chain cc with Q.

Master Yi : Hard matchup he can run u down, he can dodge ur Q with his Q, and even if u hit Q he can just W and reduce all damage taken. avoid him if possible, in teamfights ult him and follow him around untill u stun him then he is dead for sure. buy hourglass.

Naafiri : PERMA BAN ! Impossible to play against her dogs tanks ur Qs, she can go untargetable. if u find urself in game against her when she ults she usually goes flying before her dogs, so u can Q her mid air.

Nidalee : if she jumps on u just kill her, its a battle of who is gonna hit Q first, shouldnt be hard matchup.

Nocturne : Very east matchup, dont use Q before he uses his shield, if he is not using shield ult first. once he is connected to ur chain he cannot use his shield to block the stun. after stunning Q him before stun expire not giving him any moment to shield himself.

Nunu : kinda easy just blackshield the snowball, or hit Q on him while he rolling. should be ez.

Rammus : easy matchup blackshiled his target.

Rek'sai : u should have enough damage to kill her at any point in game, just play slow use ult before Qs, and blackshiled her knockup.

Rengar : hard matchup he can cleanse ur CC, once u get hourglass it becomes easier, avoid 1v1s early game.

Sejuani : Easy matchup just blackshield

Shaco : survive early invades, after that ur R icon will light up when he is invis around u, just press R when u see it light up and u will reveal him, even if he ults ur ultimate chain will only be attached to real one making it very easy matchup.

Shyvana after rework : I have no idea havent play against her much, avoid fights when she have dragon form and blackshield when she ult ig.

Skarner : easy matchup just blackshield when he ult.

Sylas : U clear faster then him, and u win most fights, after lvl 6 if he takes ur ult save ur blackshield to cancel the stun part of ur ult.

Talon : Annoying matchup he is invading too much, u have to clear ur camps on spawn so he doesnt steal em, once u get hourglas u can easily R hourglas his combo and he dead.

Udyr : Hard matchup u never win 1v1 almost, avoid him and try to win with team.

Vi : Easy matchup jsut blackshield her ult target and Q on top of it very easy.

Viego : Dont let him get ahead and u will be able to 1v1 him always, he is reset champion so buyting hourglass later is very good.

Volibear : Kinda hard to kill, dont try figthin him 1v1. beside that just fullclear.

Warwick : try to blackshield his ult, if u do that just space good with ur ultimate stay at almost max range that way he cant auto attack you, once ur ult stun him just drop entire combo, if its not enough to kill him run away dont stay longer.

Wukong : USE UR ULTIMATE first, that way if he uses clone ur chain will reveal him and follow to stun him.

Xin zhao : blackshield the knocup, ult him and follow him around untill stun then drop entire combo if its not enough dont fight longer just go away.

Zac : easy matchup just blackshield his Q target, Q him while he flying, buy antiheal.

Zed : Nowdays zed jg is nerfed so its decent matchup just fullclear, if he utls u drop Q behind urself then just WR and try to dodge his shurikens with R move speed, buy hourglas and u insta win.



Thats all jg matchups, with very short tips about em. it is meant to just give u brief idea of how matchup works not to win matchup for you.

Morgana is kinda unique jungler this days, not a lot of people know how to play against her so that will be ur advantage, level 6 all ins are something that even challenger people rarely expect to deal amount of damage it does.

Shield such as sivir E / Noctunre W dont work on 2nd part of morgana ultimate, meaning that if u ult first as morgana and sivir tries to E ur chain braking stun part she will not be able to do it.

When clearing jungle never use ur W on low hp camps for example dont use ur W on 200hp gromp bcz then ur W will not get entire CD reset and u will not have W ready for next camp, sometimes its better to auto camp to death then use W.

Ur W deals kindof execute damage ( the lower enemy champion is more damage u deal )
so for that reason to minmax clearing speed we are smiting RED for example when he is full hp that way we get more damage out of morgana W on it.

When doing voids keep in mind that morgana W damage is not stackable, what that means i know its satisfying to spam morgana W on voids but it is not needed u are wasting mana, use W only when ur last W is about to expire.

Playing around vision is very important on morgana, it is WAY easier to land Q if u are out of vision when casting it, so in fights use oracle and try to play around vision.

I wanted to touch on TOP/MID/ADC/SUPP Morgana just little bit it will not be any indepth guide about this lanes, jus wanna give some idea of how she behave there.

Starting from MID LANE :

On midlane u wanna build Blackfire torch > Shadowflame build listed above, as morgana mid ur job is to push waves fast with W and roam around the map when needed, at level 6 against most chmapions u can win 1v1 using ultimate and ignite.
in matchups where u win can 1v1 level 6 take ignite, in harder matchups where u will struggle such as qiyana zed etc.. take teleport.

On midlane once u hit 2 points in W and buy 20ap book u will start pushing waves insanely fast. U are kindof like a malzahar basically same gameplay.

rune for midlane is Arcane Comet 100% of games, combined with either inspiration if u are gonna build hourglas giving u extra item haste from cosmic insight small rune, or if u are not going hourglass u go precision 2ndary, with presence of mind and legend haste.

TOP MORGANA

on top lane ur biggest strenght is u are very hard to kill early game, uhave range, and ur lvl 6 is still insanely op. abuse that to gain lead, if u dont get lead u will fall off pretty fast going into mid/late game since u will not be able to keep with most top lane champions in side lane for long.

ADC MORGANA

on adc u still wanna go for damage deathfire torch build, push waves with W and max W, level 6 u are stronger then most adcs in 1v1 or 2v2 if u manage to get ur R to stun them. then use that lead to snowball into mid/late. u cant afford to start losing in ealry game, u will be crazy outscaled very fast. so for that reason play safe untill u find an angel for Q or Ult all in.

Supp Morgana

is more or less only good as counterpick, if ur blackshield have very good value morgana is insane pick espcly going more supportive build in that scenario. (heal and shield power) with like redemption echos etc...
antiheal is very good combo with burn item, so if they have healing in team buy fated ashes+oblivion orb for longer antiheal.

Runes : Arcane comet + inspiration tree

new patches // here i will try to update each patch sm new come out that can affect Morgana.

25.14 changes to imperial doesnt affect jungle/carry Morgana.
imperial on support is a decent item if u are going for ability haste build against lot of low range enemys/tanks.
