I actually do a similar thing. I rush boots based on my opponent (MR or Armor boots) and then build straight into Warmogs, and as my first item after boots is at lvl 11 most of the time (or earlier based on how well I do) I have around 3.2k HP, by this point all you have to do is trade with your opponent, but you will win in the end as you have infinite sustain. But that's just me, also I put Inspiration so I can get stopwatch and get my gargoyle stoneplate very early, but that's just me, nice guide.
