Cho'Gath is a very strong champion. In this build, I show you how you can be tanky but also do lots of damage. You have to be careful with your mana at the beginning, but later in teamfights you can spam your abilities.

This Mastery/Rune page gives you tanky and mana possibilities, so you can do your job.

The skill is not a thing you should hold on to. You can change it if you want to, but if the enemy team is a normal team with 2 mages, an AD carry, a tanky jungler and a support this is a very useful build.

If the enemy really has two mages, one AD carry, a tanky jungler, and a support like soraka/janna/sona this items give you magic resist and armor, while you're still doing damage.

Because you are a tank, you have to spam your ultimate at creeps until you stacked it six times. Dont waste your mana against the minions and if you just keep last hitting, it will be fine.
