I think you forgot to put in a reason why you have the runes.

Answering all questions, my build is based on the idea of braum being a tank. A tank doesn't build Locket or Face of the Mountain. My idea by doing this is that you end up having 2 tanks, or filling the tank role if your top lane goes offtank. Personally i prefer the items i chose, i feel more comfortable with them, are easier to use (note: since i'm just gold, i can't give diamond-level tips or their builds) and mainly make you a better tank.
I think that locket is expendable, i'd rather tank myself and then protect my team with unbreakable, instead of giving all of them a pasive (and weak) extra mr.
Think about it this way: braum tankier > your adc with 20 more mr or so. It's more effective if you block all skillshots, than giving only a little amount of resistance to your team.
Finally, by playing some matches i decided that i prefer Banshee's over spirit visage. The passive from spirit visage would be mostly wasted, while by using Banshee you will be able to protect your team without leading to a bad engagement (e.g.: Thresh trying to pull a teammate, blitzcrank, or any high damage skillshot)

On that note, why not Locket? It gives your whole team some MR, and provides 10% CDR (similar to Spirit Visage), and allows you to cast a shield that cancels CC effects.

Now that you mention it, you're absolutely right, in both aspects I feel.

On that note, why not Locket? It gives your whole team some MR, and provides 10% CDR (similar to Spirit Visage), and allows you to cast a shield that cancels CC effects. Banshee's Veil is great for nukes, but Locket is better for poke. Spirit Visage is worse than Locket I think, because Braum has no self heal and absolutely no reason to build life steal.

Now my real question: why throw away Face of the Mountain? Sure Warmonger's gives more life and has a generally more useful passive, but Face is a pretty decent item too. It gives a shield and more CDR, while providing a decent health boost. No where near the boost Warmonger's provides, but 20 Health Regen is not bad. I'll grant you in the late late game Warmonger's in probably better, but at that stage I would sell the Sightstone rather than Face of the Mountain.

I was just wondering, why Banshee's Veil? Wouldn't Spirit Visage be better? Braum's E is basically the same as Banshee's passive. Banshee gives 50 more HP, but they have the same amount of Magic Resist, with the 10% extra cooldown from Spirit (total of 20%), E's cooldown becomes 8s so it would be able to be used more frequently than Banshee's and it also protects your allies and not only yourself.

If you swap out the Marks of Health for Marks of Armor, and then get 3 Seals of Health, you'll get more stats overall. Just a heads up. :)

Howdy! The guide looks pretty good, but I am curious to know why you chose to go for a rune page that lacks any sort of Magic Resist! If possible could you add a portion discussing it? In addition to that, why did you opt for the more utility heavy page in place of the defensive one?

P.S. The very first word is misspelled x)
