It seems like an easy matchup, but you will need to wait for her to use her charm on you so you can "e". If she doesn't engage you, you can't use your q on her, because she can instantly charm you and you won't escape.
Anivia
Pretty easy matchup for fizz. You can engage her and just wait for her to use her stun so you can "e". Try to kill her before she hits level 6.
Annie
Hard matchup for Fizz. If she uses her stun on you and one shot you, you can't do anything. If you are lucky enough to "e" her tibbers for example you can kill her. If don't you are screwed.
Aurelion Sol
Easy matchup. Aurelion Sol needs to keep distant in order to do damage. Since you are fizz you can q him and be on top of him. If he ultis you just "e" and keep doing damage.
Azir
It's a hard matchup for Fizz until level 6. When you reach level 6 you should all in and try to kill him. Try to use your "e" to avoid his ulti.
Brand
Easy matchup for Fizz. Try to dodge his ulti or his q with your "e". At level 6 all in and kill.
Cassiopeia
You need to know her ulti animation in order to dodge it with your "e". If you don't know, you are screwed.
Katarina
When she ults, you ult and "e". Rather than that, pretty easy lane.
LeBlanc
Skill matchup. Try to "e" her combo and predict her location.
Lissandra
No chance.
Lulu
Hard to lane vs lulu because she has shields and will poke you.
Lux
Easy matchup, just dodge her abilities with "e".
Orianna
Try to dodge her shockwave with your "e" or even "q". Rather than that easy matchup. All in her everytime you can.
Syndra
Dodge her ulti with your "e". Before lvl6 just dodge her "q" and "e" combo and all in her.
Taliyah
Easy game easy life. Dodge all of his skills with "e".
Talon
Try to avoid as much damage as you can with your "e". Very hard lane because he does more damage than you.
Twisted Fate
EASIEST MATCHUP EVER. Just dodge his stun card and "q" and you can kill him easily.
Veigar
If you dodge his ulti with "e", easy game. Before lvl 6 try to all in.
Viktor
If you kill him early you win. If yoo can't kill him early, you will probably lose.
Xerath
Easy matchup. Dodge his "e" and "q" with your "e" and "q" and you win.
