First things first, DO NOT DO THIS IN RANKED! if you do, well.... prepare to suffer the insults your teammates throw at you. Best time to do this is when you are playing with 4 other friends who can communicate well with you and understands what you are doing. The best team comp is when you have tons of aoe damage, perfect for teamfights(see above). you use your banner to promote a minion to get you more gold.

The other 4 members of the team, preferably your friends, has to teamfight when ever they can. Soldiers, your mission is to make your commander stronger, and leading to a victory. ping whenever someone is low, teamfight whenever you can, and finally win the battle. The soldiers listed above can be switched out, these are just the ones that i think are strong in teamfights. Once the commander has returned to base(lv6), the jungler has to help push out mid to preven them pushing to the win.
