I have used your guide and look what i've done

+1 Love this build i have been doing great with it, just went 26-4-12!!
The only thing i do diff for early survival is buy Vampiric Scepter after i buy my boots.

You are prolly the best Vayne play'r i've evar seen. Therefor, you got a 1+

Hi, nice guide overall, a few things that can maybe be improved on though;

-Taking at lvl 2 because you won't be able to get three hits off (more often than not at level 2, but you could save your life from ganks incoming harass, or even get a stun off and more damage anyway.

-Maxing out second because it deals more damage scaled, as mid game % damage unless the enemy buys a or high priority targets buy armor then this will deal alot more damage and decrease the cooldown, which highly out weighs 1% damage per level.
scales better late game, where they have built armor and HP. Even though you're building tonnes of AS it still doesn't scale well, and cooldown and damage is better in my opinion

Item build is fairly good, my personal preference is to get vampiric sceptre much earlier as you can sustain alot better, even in fights, as your opponent usually rushes doran's blades and and if you don't have soroka it doesn't look good if they start harassing you.

- I would like to know why you chose to get and why you get it that late, and don't buy or use as it lets you deal damage more indeffinately and save your life, also taking alot of damage off you with dots in the case of QSS, So yeah whats its pro's over getting QSS earlier or even whats its pro's over Because late game, which is when you are getting BV i feel GA is more usefull to win the game if you play properly in teamfights, and your team tries to protect you if you get focused then you get back up and they try to protect you again.

last thing, What is the BEST last game item build you can have, first against; Mostly AP, mostly AD, or mostly Tanky? including Elixirs of course

Thnx, don't take this the wrong way, just trying to help get your guide better and awnser some qeustions for me too, i am a dedicated vayne player and i am open to knew ideas but i want to know the pros and cons of doing it compared to my way. I will wait until you reply then give you a vote! :D

Good guide Voted. I just think that the sequence should be: Dorands > Boots > Cleaver > Zeal > Bloodthirster > Phantom dancer > Infinity edge or Banshee's veil.
Bloodthirster would give u early massive dmg and a decent life steal. That's just my opinion. All in all very nice guide
