As for lucidity boots, I've been playing them almost exclusively in my recent matches, with pretty good results, albeit smurfing in low plat. Overall, it feels super nice as it not only puts you ahead of the gold curve (150 cheaper than sorcs), it lets you clear camps faster (more spells, more smites) and lets you get around the map earlier, possibly getting dark seal stacks into an early mejais. I usually buy them when I'm level 5 if possible, and I know a couple other junglers that really benefit from lucidity rush as well, Hecarim and Rengar are the first that come to mind. The flat magic pen of sorcs is only useful if enemies have very little MR, and I just don't like them very much atm. I also don't think tank boots are worth as lucidity boots lets you have ult up more often which should guarantee an escape with proper positioning.
