Do you know what runes are xD. 10% CDR plus
Never mentioned that this guide was in depth. If I did I apologize. Second, reasoning behind not telling do/dont do this or that is because most of this guide was to give players a choice of preference. Like the masteries, you can put points into ferocity or resolve. They both work really well with Ryze and is all based on preference and how you play. There are also two builds for no CDR dmg build and 45% CDR build. I tell the reader which one is better but I give them a choice off preference.
