With crit Elise, you need to get a lot of damage on them early and assert your dominance. After you have dominated your lane partner, roam bot once you have your stattik and get an easy double with your exhaust. Use your ghost to get into lane fast and quickly burst your laner down. In teamfights, rappel onto the enemy adc and exhaust them for an easy kill.
