Introducing the best rune page EVER

I am going to be a bit controversial here and suggest that every ad type champ should instead use this rune page setup. 20% crit chance. 1 in every 5 attacks will crit at level 1. as soon as you get an agility cloak you almost have 40% crit chance.

Some people might think that the average armor pen along with Armour and magic resist are more useful but who would win in a 1v1 fight at level 1?

At what level do the average rune page really become useless or as if it didn't matter if you had them or not, probably level 10 or so right? with 20% crit chance it is useful throughout early to late game.

Lets use an example of garen an amazing off tank.
the differences in offensive and defensive abilitys are minimal with 1 major difference (of course without adding garens w passive). that crit rune garen has a huge 78% crit chance.... wow he is critting 900ish almost 4/5 hits.

its easy to see from this example who would win in a 1v1 and it has not impacted him at any other stage in the game, in fact it probably gave him first blood and the upper hand all throughout the match.

Crit rune page, the new meta, get on to it guys and girls.
