So this is my first build and I will keep it simple and to the point. This is based on a jungling Udyr who will be using Bear and Tiger as his primary source of ganking and DPS. Most people seem to really enjoy the phoenix and shun Tiger based on an older patch where Tiger was near useless. As oppose to that I have found great success using tiger as the main damage output.

You start out with cloth armor and some health pots and go straight to wolves. Pop a pot and use turtle shield. I like to keep the health higher than mana. After that go to wraiths, smite the blue one and turlte the rest. you shouldn't need a health pot. Go on to double golems and turtle the first golem and pop a pot. smite the second one and then repeat the entire process once more. you should then have enough money for the madreds razors. Get those and go to blue golem. he should be simple with turtle tiger smite and health pot. you can then either take on red buff or start ganking.

By this time you should have bear and this will make you awesome. Run in with bear and then tiger asap. If you have smart allies this should make a quick death to whoever you charge. Try to run around the map to keep a good amount of map control. Once you get your bloodrazer you will then destroy any opposition. This item is what makes you take out squishy units and tanks alike. I get frozen mallet for the slow down but mainly for the health to give you that much more survivability.

This has worked great for me but at the same time this character does rely on a pretty decent team with the basic understanding of coordination.
