This built is just for attack speed and damage. Of course I added runes for survivality but if you want, you can replace thirst by frozen malet. With two thirsts you have huge lifesteal, huge DPS against tanks and you neednt madredzs bloodrazor but you can buy last whisper, or fix your runes. Play more def, use summoner spells smartly, try to go to line with champs with slow or stun, it will help you so much, the best choice is some ranged champ or tank, like Rammus, Ammumu, Dr. Mundo, Alistar, Annie, Asha, Blitzcrank, Cho´Gath, Malphite, Morgana, Ryze, Nunu, Twitch (rly good combo with stealth and his slow spell), MF, Nasus, Olaf, Needle, Pantheon, Nocturn, Wayne, Volibear... there are many combos, but dont forget, never go to teamfight first!!! YOU ARE **** OF PAPER!!!!!!!! Go after your teammtes, turn on Wuju style and ulti spell and just watch. There only two options: you will die or kill them all. Dont forget use SUMMONER SPELL!!! Of course target other carries, mages and ranged champs first, NOT A TANKS! Thanks for reading good luck.
