The point to win Ornn is to build asap your tiamat. After you build that you can outrade him by pushing the lane and trading him with Q and W also he loses if he spams abilities and then he wont able to have mana. Try to play safe he has pig dmg with his W and his passive or the stuns try to bait him to trade you when you have the prock stun and press E asap then just pressure him!
