I take attack damage per level glyphs and seals for late game doomination.
I take armor penetration marks and quintessence for maximum armor penetration in late game.

I take 21-0-9 making sure to take any damaging masteries in offense and taking mana and mana regen for early game harrassment and nutral buff duration for red buff duration.

I start with dorans blade, buying boots of speed as soon as possible. Building armor penetration from the very earliest of the game will get you a great damage against any tanks or towers, so i get the brutalizer after boots of speed. Then, i get vampiric scepter for survivability and to take buffs and end up with more health than without. Next, i upgrade the brutalizer to youmuus ghostblade to get the extra money over time. After, i get a b.f. sword and get a bloodthirster as soon as possible for more damage. i also get berserkers greaves at any time after i have the brutalizer. then last whisper and frozen mallet will further out extend my damage, armor penetration, and health. For my last item i grab the black cleaver to have the highest possible armor penetration, while also adding a little attack speed and damage.

Q-E-attack
This i use for a quick harassment or to stop another champions ulti by silencing them.
Q-E-attack-W-R
This is the best way of utilicing your skills because of the damage output of his abilities and auto-attacks.

I take ignite for killing low health enemies while focusing other enemies.
I take flash to flash over walls for a kill or an escape.
