Well, why not just elaborate on what you have in the cheatsheet?

Explanation of why you take the runes you take, masteries, an explanation of why each individual item you chose is a good choice on Rumble. Why you take the starting items you do, why you max Q and then E, etc etc.

You should also work a bit on coding and stuff. Check out this:

Yah I wasn't really sure what else to write at that moment to fill the requirement word count. So i just found some random stuff.

Your cheat sheet is amazing (mostly).

But everything after unique skills is just completely filler. I got excited at the prospect of finally seeing a decent Rumble guide, only to have my hopes dashed when my eyes moved from the cheatsheet downwards and just read a load of copy and pasted lore.

Come on, man. Don't be so lazy.

I feel like there could be more to this guide but I went ahead and +1'd you. Also I'd replace that hat with a void staff. Void staff is extremely good for rumble's insane bases.
