Introduction
Hi guys, welcome to my first Rumble guide. I'm currently at Diamond division in NA (thanks to Rumble). Hope you guys enjoy this guide.
The reason behind making of this guide was because all the other guides I found was make by someone of low division or someone who rarely even play Rumble. I think to make a guide for a specific Champion the author must at least master the champion.
So here I'm, going to show you guys how Rumble help me get to Adaptive Force :)
Hey guys, Haydun here, I'll be giving away a total 25$ of RP to 5 lucky SUBSCRIBERS When I reach my goal of 100 Subscribers on my new youtube channel!!!
And for every additional 100 Subscribers I get I'll be giving away a 10$ RP.
I'll update my Youtube channel with new content soon and will be updating my guides frequently.

You'r probably not going to read the whole thing so i'll make the guide short and sweet. ^.^
To begin with, Rumble really takes experience to play him well. Reason why is because his passive charges up, and only when it goes above 50% he will do addition damage.
Early game wise, laning is one of Rumbles weakness, his base damage is really low. Enemy normally will harass you when you go in melee range to take cs. So laning phase, play passive until level 4 or 5. Use Electro-Harpoon to cs if the enemy harass frequently. BUY WARDS, Rumble naturally pushes lane really fast so always buy wards in case the jungler ganks.
Mid Game to Late Game, Rumble is a BEAST. Great team fight presence. HUGE AoE damage spells. potential to chase down enemy.

Level 5 lane bully. Always try to keep your passive at a 25~30 percent full so when going all-in you can use two set of the skills. For example, Use Scrap Shield to start an engage, and quickly follow it up with Flamespitter, chase them down with Electro-Harpoon to be in range at all time. That would leave you with around 60~65 percent filled up. Which activates the first buff from your passive which will do additional damage. Then you can chase them down with Flamespitter and Either Electro-Harpoon or Scrap Shield. Normally this would do around 70 % of the enemy hp. and the bully begins. >:D
Normally when you are going VS HIGH AD POKE top. Doran's Shield and Healing pot would be your greatest bet.
When feeling confident about your lane you can always run Boots and four more Healing pots for early harass and sustain.

Randuin's Omen can switch with Death Cap if the enemy team has AD threat.
Banshee's Veil If the enemy team has AP threat

Maxing your Flamespitter first is a must. This spell is your main damage source.
After that you can choose:
- You can either max Scrap Shield first and Electro-Harpoon after.
- You can either max Electro-Harpoon first and Scrap Shield after. (I prefer this)
- You can skill them equally, so one point in Scrap Shield and the next point in Electro-Harpoon
Junkyard Titan When Rumble reaches 100 heat he overheats, silencing himself for 6 seconds to cooldown completely but causing his physical attacks to deal an additional 20 + (5 x level) + (25% of ability power) magic damage for the duration. When above 50 heat, Rumble enters the danger zone and his abilities gain additional damage.
Flamespitter This is Rumble's main damage ability. It is extremely useful in a teamfight. The only problem with it is that it only deals half damage to minions. It is a powerful harrass tool, and it deals tons of damage. Note that you can still use other skills while using Flamespitter, so do not stop attacking.
Scrap Shield This skill provides you with movement speed and shields a tiny bit of damage. It is still useful to absorb some minor pokes such as Lee Sin's Sonic Wave, Olaf's Undertow, Shen's Vorpal Blade etc. The focus is on the movement speed buff, it aids you in your escape, chasing down your enemies and most importantly, getting back into lane faster. Make sure to spam it whenever you are moving back in lane.
Electro-Harpoon Electro-Harpoon is a great way to last hit minions so I take some points early to help me in my laning phase. It can be used as a harrass tool whenever you have a clear shot of the enemy. Use Electro-Harpoon's slow to set up a gank, slow an enemy for a full blast of Flamespitter and to escape enemies.
The Equalizer Here we come, the deadliest skill of Rumble. The Equalizer has a AoE slow, damage, and its effect can be tremendous. It is the tool which usually turns the fight around. It has a different aiming style. Click and drag the line in the direction you want. That will be further explained in the special section for this skill.
The correct timing to land this skill is when ALL ENEMIES ARE STANDING IN A LINE. That way all the enemies will get hit by the ultimate and thus deal tons of damage... To me, this is the most OP ult in the whole game.

For Rumble mid game stars when you have good damage and big sustain on the lane. For our AP build mid game starst when:
- You have 12-13 level
- You already bought: finished boots, Rylai's Crystal Scepter
And for my added survi build:
- You have around 13 level(when yuo have fully upgraded Flamespitter and you're about to finish Scrap Shield.

Rumbles late game starts when he deals lots of DMG and has good sustain. Let's say:
- in AP build you start late game as you buy Rabadon's Deathcap
- in survi build late game starts as you buy Liandry's Torment
- in AP build you start late game as you buy Rabadon's Deathcap
- in survi build late game starts as you buy Liandry's Torment
In this chapter I will tell you how to be very efficient with Rumble in teamfights. He is not only strong as an initiator with The The Equalizer, but he can also catch someone out of the enemy team with the slow from his Electro-Harpoon quiet easily.
Even amongst yordles, Rumble was always the runt of the litter. As such, he was used to being bullied. In order to survive, he had to be scrappier and more resourceful than his peers. He developed a quick temper and a reputation for getting even, no matter who crossed him. This made him something of a loner, but he didn’t mind. He liked to tinker, preferring the company of gadgets, and he could usually be found rummaging through the junkyard. He showed great potential as a mechanic. His teachers recommended him for enrollment at the Yordle Academy of Science and Progress in Piltover, where he may very well have become one of Heimerdinger's esteemed protégés, but Rumble refused to go. He believed that Heimerdinger and his associates were "sellouts", trading superior yordle technology to humans for nothing more than a pat on the head while yordles remained the butt of their jokes.
When a group of human graduates from the Yordle Academy sailed to Bandle City to visit the place where their mentor was born and raised, Rumble couldn’t resist the temptation to see them face-to-face (so to speak). He only intended to get a good look at the humans, but four hours and several choice words later, he returned home bruised and bloodied with an earful about how he was an embarrassment to "enlightened" yordles like Heimerdinger. The next morning he left Bandle City without a word, and wasn’t seen again for months. When he returned, he was at the helm of a clanking, mechanized monstrosity. He marched it to the center of town amidst dumbfounded onlookers and there announced that he would join the League of Legends to show the world what yordle-tech was really capable of, without hiding behind a foreign banner.
"Ugh, it’s gonna take forever to scrape your face off my suit!"
―Rumble
