This is a build I have come up with myself and it's just not even funny how fast you move with your. It does actually work sometimes when it's fully built. I can probably get middle, with my in about....6 seconds maybe? But seriously...ULTIMATE TROLL POWERS....AAACCCTTTTIIIIIVVVVVAAAATTTTEEEE!

I grab Evasion Seals for my increased ability to dodge attacks when your are...
.Running away
.Blinding them + Evasion runes =.It's frickin' hilarious!

I grab Insight Marks so it increases my and just says NO to MR

I also grab Attack Speed Glyphs so.....well...ya know.
