BEST BUILD EVER. But insted of getting Zhonya's Hourglass i got the Mejai's Soulsteal. Also, I bought the Chalace of Harmony first then the Tear of the Goddess second. I went 23-2 with Karthus with 750+ AP! And summoner spells were Ignite and Clarity. I leveled Wall of pain to 3 after maxing my q and then maxing my e.

RoA gives you a nice amount of hp to get rid of that general fragilness along with a larger mana pool and roughly 100 due to Arch's passive.

+1 cause it looks solid but like said above nothing new really. also please adress area of runes (i do understand your not finished ive been there and it sucks haveing early published). also some gameplay sugestions such as laning and teamfights and mabey any random unusual game play tatics u might have developed that worked. but still good guide keep working on it
