This is my first guide so if there are any errors don't be afraid to let me know in the comment boxes bellow. Also if there are any ideas or more effect builds let me know. Last thing.. this fits my play style which is the more bruiser tank rather then a straight tank. Thank you and be ready for my guide I guess.

Well here we go. This guide is on the amazing champion Doctor Mundo. But he isn't just like any other champion he happens to be the only champion that uses his OWN health points to cast his spells so you do have to watch your hp at all time. Doctor Mundo also happens to be one of the best tanky bruisers that I have ever played. He has the ability to gank really well which is great because not all junglers can. He also has one of the fastest jungle clear time due to his W. I will let you know what it does very soon. On to the next part of the guide.

As you can see on the top of the page the runes I went with were:

• Greater Mark of Alacrity
• Greater Seal of Resilience
• Greater Glyph of Shielding
• Greater Quintessence of Swiftness

Most junglers go with these runes and there are good reasons for this. Some of those reasons are:Greater Mark of Alacrity give you attack speed which Doctor Mundo needs because you don't wanna just depend on your w to do all the damage.
Greater Seal of Resilience because all tanks and junglers need armor.
Greater Glyph of Shielding same as the seals junglers and tanks need magic resist.
Quintessences of Swiftness... Now this one may be a weird pick for Mundo because his ultimate gives movement speed AND I also have ghost as a summoner spell but... what is better on Doctor Mundo than more movement speed.

There are many reasons I went with 9/21/0. A reason for this is because I play the more aggressive Mundo while still being able to tank. Another way I set him up is 0/21/9 focusing on my regular tank build masteries+ better buff timing and movement speed.

The way you level his spells for this guide is:
What his abilities are:

(Q)Infected Cleaver: This is his slow and really good source of damage from a range. This is what enables him to catch people. Be careful do not use this will low hp because u can kill yourself.

(W)Burning Agony: This is your farming skill for jungle Mundo I cant stress how important it is in order to get through the jungle fast and get on your way to early ganking.

(E)Masochism: Amazing damage spell!?!? It give you + physical damage for a short amount of time.This is the spell that makes a attack speed Mundo an absolute force to be reckoned with.(just saying if you wanna try it let me know ill make a guide for that too :P)

(R)Sadism: Wow...... that is all I can say......This ultimate is the most amazing one of all in my opinion. What it does is it give you massive regeneration and movement speed.Making you a ultra fast tank that will mess u up.

I start with vamp scepter but you can start with cloth if you want to they both work well because either builds into a wriggles. By level 4+ nothing before that I will go back to base and get my boots if I can afford Wriggles if not Madreds razor. That will be your main source of + damage for while because now your building your tanky items after your level two boots of course. I know i didn't include Frozen Mallet but you can use it instead of a Warmogs just adds on to your slow.so after wriggle either Frozen mallet or Warmogs is what I rushed.After that spirit visage was the way to go because your ultimate goes well with the 15% regeneration.Then I went with a Force of nature which give you even more health regeneration.EVEN BETTER!?!?Finally like the icing on top of a cake I pick up a Atma's Impaler for my extra damage. If you actually go later than this then don't be afraid to sell you Wriggles for another Warmogs because that late in the game the other team will be having some serious damage so you might actually need the extra hp.

The summoners spells I picked are Ghost and Smite

Smite:Well all junglers use this why wouldn't you

Ghost:I get this for my early ganks and escapes. Until you get your boots your actually pretty slow.

Flash:This skill is actually pretty good to use for escaping and catching

Heal:I guess its O.K but i don't recommend it

Clarity:You don't have mana......

Revive:No don't do it.....

Clairvoyance:Your not a support champion....

Promote:You are also not a pushing champion you don't need it.

Ignite:Its O.K but I still wouldn't take it.

Surge: Surge is a good pick since your jungling but I still don't pick it because i enjoy mobility but that's the only reason.If you think Mundo has enough than get this by all means.

Cleanse:Also a good spell to use but only if your a carry and you get focused not on Mundo you don't need it but what ever float your boat....

Best skill that Doctor Mundohas for farming has got to be his W Which does magic damage per second just like a Sunfire Cape.This is your main minion farming source. Which is why i max it out first by the way.
