Alright, you look like you really want to have a good guide here. It needs to be fleshed out a lot more though, and if your going to state something that goes against the grain, it's best to have mathematical proof that its better.

Make sure your guide agrees with itself. You have an entire section dedicated to explaining why magic penetration runes are bad, and you use them anyway.

Make the guide flashy. Use bbcode by putting two brackets on each side of the word, like [example].when you add another bracket on each side, however, it becomes example. This is used for internal links, and this is how to get the mouseover text to appear. For example, Thornmail or Odyn's Veil. Putting in images representing the item is made much easier by doing this.


Make sure your guide is grammatically correct. Look at this as a professional presentation, and it will be much more successful. Spell check, ask others to look over your sentences, and check for the little mistakes we all make.

On the items.. Odyn's Veil is a good item on Ryze, as is Frozen Heart. However, Banshee's Veil is unobtainable on dominion. You can't buy it. If you replaced it with a Rod of Ages you would have more health and offensive power, and you would be able to take care of those offtanks with your health, magic resist, armour, and your magical DPS.

For the masteries... The gp/10 is useless on dominion, you don't take advantage of the starting gold, so that is also a waste of points, and the mana/5 isn't usefull as you get mana anyway. Instead you could funnel those points into the offensive tree for a Ghost buff, some more cooldown reduction that Ryze desperately needs, and the 10% magic penatration that will help increase your damage output tremendously early-game.
