Choose Champion Build:

  • LoL Champion: Talon
  • LoL Champion: Talon

Intro:

I recently just hit level 30, and had a full rune set for the first time. So I chose Dominion as my playground, and thought of going in melee specialty because I had a 3k ip, so I bought armor pen quintessence's. It is been a very interesting go with Talon with this build and similar like it due to obvious reasons being such as certain champions and survivability. It is acceptable however when you take two with you, or go into a team fight and come out with an ace and both team mates are dead : / but hey... I ain't going to argue with what Talon likes to do xD

Runes:

Went with straight Greater Mark of Desolation x9 and Greater Quintessence of Desolation x3 for additional armor pen for early and late game burst, and Greater Seal of Resilience x9 as well as Greater Glyph of Shielding x9 for survivability during confrontations and team fights especially...

Mastery:

For this I went straight offense with everything Talon benefits, armor pen is a must and cd reduction is very helpful. Took crit because I started playing Tryn too, and he made me know exactly how strong melee crits are, so I thought why not on Talon? Mana increase per level was a must, because it replaces the need for mana items, and the rest on armor and magic resist.

Items:

Started with The Brutalizer and it made early burst helpful. Had to have cd reduction because it gave back the burst affect Talon is incredibly deadly at. Then I started building my way up to Infinity Edge for more crit and increased crit dmg >:D. IF you fall short of B.F. Sword get pickaxe, your team can't afford to wait for you to hesitate, you're the one who get's the squishes down. Depending if me or my team is starting to get pooped on, I'll get Prospectors Blade, if not I go Pickaxe for the armor pen increase with Last Whisper. Finally build up a Black Cleaver for attack speed and HAHA more armor pen, after that it just depends on the game's situation and what you really need, I'd take Prospector's Blade for more health and attack.

Skills:

I take all three to start, then build up Rake first, then Noxian's Diplomacy, and Cutthroat last, obviously while still taking Shadow's Assault at 6 11 and 16 :P

Summoner Spells:

Exhaust for increased burst and slow effects as well as the survivability it grants for buffed enemy situations. Flash for the cases where you're being chased away by two or more people and someone speeds up because you ult and high tail it out of there and you need an extra push to your turret.

If you feel the need, go for ignite to max your burst if that's what you want, I like not dying lol

Pros/Cons

Pro's

Early and late game burst is pretty insane
Increased chance of survival with exhaust and flash.
High crit and crit damage

Con's

A bit squishy
Targeted in team fights :(
Easy to develope ego in game and cause losses because you feel the necessity to farm late game
Tend to use team mates as bait and ks ( which is sometimes good because you get an ace xD )

Teamwork:

It is vital that you are not the one who engages in team fights always let the tank-er people go in first and follow their lead with focusing on one target at a time bursting them down one by one. Support lanes with low defense, lure enemies and burst down quickly and efficiently.
