Dr. Mundo Passive Ability
Introduction
Advantages:
- Much health
- Much health regen
- Good damage against squishy heroes
- Good in both team battles and solo fights
- He so to speak never dies

- Its hard to kill other tanks
- Ignite take away most of the effect in his ultimate

Adrenaline Rush
Dr. Mundo regenerates 0.3% of his maximum Health each second.
Infected Cleaver
Dr. Mundo hurls his cleaver, dealing damage equal to a portion of his target's current Health and slowing them for a short time. Dr. Mundo delights in the suffering of others, so he is returned half of the health cost when he successfully lands a cleaver.
Burning Agony
Dr. Mundo drains his health to reduce the duration of stuns and slows and deal continual damage to nearby enemies.
Masochism
Masochism increases Dr. Mundo's Attack Damage by a flat amount for 5 second. In addition, Dr. Mundo also gains an additional amount of Attack Damage for each percentage of Health he is missing.
Sadism
Dr. Mundo sacrifices a portion of his health for increased movement speed and drastically increased health regeneration.

With these runes you don't have to worry about dying at early game, unless you go in for a suicide. With Doran's shield you will get 848 health at the start at the game. With 848 health in the start of the game, the chance of getting first blood and not the other team increase pretty much.

These boots + your burning agony will decrease all duration of stuns,slows,taunt,fears,snares,sleeps, and immobilizes by 70%
then go for:
Spirit Visage will increase your ultimates effect and will also increase the effect of your health regen. A very important item.
The next three items you'll get will be:
This will give you so incredibly much health and health regen,and it will do the effect of your ultimate insane.
Sunfire Cape will give you armor, health and it also got a passive that gives you 40 magic damage to nearby enemies each second. This will help you with your farming and it will help you and your team in team battles.
The last item:
If the enemy team got most physical damage you'll buy:
This item has much to offer, like armor, health, health regen. It also has an passive effect that gives you 5% cooldown reduction and an 20% chance to slow the enemy that attacks you by 35% for 3 seconds
If they got spell casters you'll buy:
This will give you health regen, alot of magic resist and 8% increased movement speed. This item does also have an passive effect, this passive will restore 0,35% health of your champion every second.

Early Game
Early game you'll take last hits with your Infected Cleaver
Mid/late game:
At this part ot the game you will farm with your burning agony,this will do a good amount of AoE damage and you will get most of the last hits.
But don't forget to use your cleaver, this will still help you get last hit.

While laning you will use your to get last hits, but also to harras the enemy.
Laning against ranged heroes:
While laning against ranged heroes you have to use your "Infected Cleaver" effective to both last hit and harras. When the enemy drops low, you will find the right time to use your ghost, then charge your enemy while using your exhaust to slow him down and kill him.
Laning against melee heroes:
While laning against melee you will do the same as with ranged but you can be much more offensive when it comes to creeps and ganking.
Laning against ranged heroes:
While laning against ranged heroes you have to use your "Infected Cleaver" effective to both last hit and harras. When the enemy drops low, you will find the right time to use your ghost, then charge your enemy while using your exhaust to slow him down and kill him.
Laning against melee heroes:
While laning against melee you will do the same as with ranged but you can be much more offensive when it comes to creeps and ganking.

I think Ghost and Exhaust is the best summoner spells you can have for mundo, the reason for this is that with ghost you can easly escape by using it togheter with the ultimate and then exhaust the worst one of those who follows you. Ghost/exhaust can also be used to easly get a kill.
