Draven, though some people say he is hard to play, is just like every other ad carry.
Aslong as you have played any other ad carry he is simple to learn. You need to be able to get farm but constantly HARASS the enemy at the same time.

For a defensive item instead of Thornmail you can grab a Guardian Angel depending on the enemy team.
Another last item you can buy is the Quicksilver Sash, if you dont get Cleanse as a summoner spell.

you're going to want to get Spinning Axe at level 1 and max it by 9, beacuse it is one of your main damage outputs.
Depending on your play style you can get either Blood Rush or Stand Aside at level 2 and max it by 13. this is the skill sequence i normally use.

For summoner spells grab Cleanse and Flash which can allow you to pick up those extra kills or get out of those sticky situations.

I reccomend building Draven for physical damage output with a bit of sustain for those team fights where you might take some damage.
for runes i reccomend-
Mark of Attack Damage Total= 8.5
Seal of Armor Total= 13
Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist Total= 24
Quintessence of Attack Damage Total= 6.75

For masteries i reccomendOffense plus bonus armor and health in Defense

Pros

• Great harassment early game
• Global ult
• His passive is like ignite

Cons

• Need to have good positioning
• CC will be the death of you
• You will most likely become their number 1 target
