In my experience Draven works best going top lane to counter 100%melee champs like Darius, Riven, Renekton, etc.

Bot lane is okay for Draven, but if your opponents are any good you will lose because you lack the range of other carries.

Draven can jungle but I do not recommend it unless you severely need AD.

I start off with Boots of speed, and 3x Health potions so you can stay in lane for a good amount of time so you can save up enough for your next items. On your next trip back you should buy your Executioner's Calling. You should definitely buy this item so you can make the most use of your passive, and get some lifesteal for sustain. Eventually get your Berserker's Greaves for attack speed and movement speed, and B.F. Swordfor attack damage to build into a Bloodthirster. By this time you should be dealing tons of damage, and be ready to buy your Zeal, and then Phantom Dancer for more crits to activate your passive, movement speed and even more attack speed. For the rest of the match build an Infinity Edge, Frozen Mallet, and finally Wit's End.

Don't go bot with draven, he seems to be a meta-breaker

Get crit chance early so his passive comes into effect--> Executioner's Calling

Remember to get bloodthirster stacks once you buy it.

Get an item to shred tanks with tons of armor--> Wit's End
