+ Has a Attack/Movement speed steroid
+ A GLOBAL ult!
+ Cooldown can be reset to W
+ Extra Damage all the time
+ Can do damage over time
Cons
- May be hard to catch Spinning Axes
- Can be mana dependenter
- Ult dont steel runing when hits enemy champion
- Need hight

Draven counter these champ because they are squirsi and he can do mutch damage in short time.

Draven is weak at slows because he cant catch the axes to do the real damage

Usualy i'm playing support . But Draven still be my main as ADC . Watch stream here ;) , if i play adc ,i will take only Draven ;). You will like it . P.S. Sry for bad enlish :D
