Hello Everyone and welcome to my guide on Drive-by Teemo. The purpose of this build is to make full use of the stacking moement speed buff from Luden's Echo and Teemo's W: Move Quick.

The reason I'm introducing this build is to make damn near impossible for you opponents to chase you down after you're done taking the carry out of the fight. Essentially with this build you activate Move Quick and Talisman of Ascension which will grant you enough movement speed to potentially out-run an Ulting Quinn. Thus getting you out of harms way (temporarily unless you run straight for a bush).

Use it when you want to have fun with friends. WARNING: THIS BUILD IS NOT INTENDED FOR RANKED PLAY USE IT IN RANKED AT YOU OWN RISK.

PROS

1. Really funny when they can't catch up to you
2. Can get you to the back line very quickly
3. It's a fun new way to annoy you're opponents with Teemo
4. Trade one of the Luden's for a Nashor's Tooth to be able to split push better.

CONS

1. Not practical for ranked play
2. You're very squishy
3. Opponents will often get greedy for you
4. difficult to get this build going unless you're with friends
