Kha'Zix
Literally one shots you. Can't fight him at any stage of the game. Even if you can its impossible to proc passive on him due to stealth, speed up, and jump PERMA BAN
Rengar
High threat like Kha'Zix. Can outplay his burst with your R. Rengar will try to double q you when he jumps on you so try to mitigate the damage with R or W. Besides that it is extremley hard to fight him at any stage of the game. His ganks are a lot weaker then yours though so make use of that strength.
Hecarim
Hecarim matchup solely depends on his build. If the meta is full squishy one shot Hecarim it is a very easy matchup. You counter burst and can one shot him. If he is tanky then it will be harder because you will most likely be down in lvls due to his clear speed. Try not to focus him because he can kite you with his MS. Worth a ban if you struggle.
Kayn
Both forms are annoying. Kayn players are super cheesy so make sure you cover entrances at the start of the game so not to lose a whole quadrant. If you really struggle build hourglass 4th if they don't have MR. If they do build fifth and the matchup becomes 10x easier. You will never die to kayn if you reach that point. Very easy to kill pre form but once he has form watch out.
Evelynn
You are the same champion. Only difference is your R takes skill to land. If you snowball vs Eve you can just walk in her jg and kill her. But if she gets kills it makes it really hard for the entire team to play the game. If she dies once you will win 90% of the time. Not the hardest matchup but I would understand banning her if you struggle.
Lillia
NEVER ENGAGE ON HER WITH 4 Q STACKS. If you use E wrong against her she will kill you. Let her walk into you and throw q only e in to proc passive so you can keep up with her to finish. Annoying tank build atm makes this matchup harder. Once that build is gone she is much easier
Kindred
Annoying at all stages. All I will say is if you snowball vs kindred its the easiest matchup in the game. She is a ADC you are Ekko. Don't engage on her if you can't kill she will kite you. Just run this champ has no cc.
Graves
Maw makes this matchup hard. If he doesn't build it you win hard. Once he has items make sure when you try to kill him you get your W shield or else he will burst you in .01 seconds.
Elise
Don't die early, buy mercury treads and win. Very easy post first back. Can dodge her cocoon with your E
Ivern
Makes carries unkillable. Very hard to teamfight ivern as Ekko. Try to sidelane as much as possible and catch people on rotations.
Lee Sin
Never greed your R when he has his. He will cc you and kill you before you can press it.
Poppy
Tanky, CC, W is annoying.
Rek'Sai
If you manage to hit 6 without dying you win the game
Bel'Veth
Insane itemization vs Ekko. Her mobility and CC makes it hard to get away think about fights before going in.
Briar
Not hard. She will always get stunned by your W. And is very easy to hit with your R. Just dodge her E with your E, passive MS, or R and you will live. If she hits you with R without your R hop a wall.
Wukong
Build full tank BS and one shots you. Fight him when he has no R most of his kill potential comes from it
Viego
Can snowball very hard vs viego but his items are good. Ekko is very good at denying reset in teamfights.

Free scale but tank with CC. ALWAYS MERCURY TREADS VS AMUMU

Once you are 2 items she doesn't stand a chance

Free scaling. She will fail lots of ganks because they suck. Easy to predict what she will do next. Very squishy when her mist is on CD

Free scaling but he scales too. Same problem as Lillia/Heca he farms faster then you. Unlike those 2 though, you can always kill him on sight.

Free scaling and once you hit 6 its over. Try to play mindgames with his W and your passive. It is 90% dmg reduction the first .5 seconds so bait the passive proc, then proc it so you deal dmg.

One shot her back to support

Dodge spear with E. If you snowball just walk in her jg and kill her

Hard in mid but jg he can't clear. Keep your farm up and you will be stronger.

No cc assassin. If he takes ignite careful for invade because he can actually kill you. With most champs you can just wall hop and run but he can chase. After first back you're in the clear
Zed
Nothing needs to be said. You counter him in every way
Trundle
Kite him.
Warwick
Kite him like a dog. Has some decent CC but is a useless champion when its down
Aatrox
Nice CC, AD, strong laner. Can really take over games with aatrox

Can really help you get kills with her mobility and CC
Akali
AP assassin with no CC. We already play ekko we don't need two of them.

Heavy AD, strong laner, great follow up. Duo with Akshan if you can

Frontline, CC, very nice to play with as Ekko

Some decent CC, but she would rather play with a tank jg or something.

Point and click. They will build MR with annie/ekko but you can get so fed it doesn't matter

It's GOOD. But MAKE SURE you take every kill when you gank for her. You should be doing that anyways but with Irelia especially they will ego try to 1v5 blow their 1000g shutdown and the game will be hard.

Strong simple gank setup. Will always be trading so try to impact the lane
