Introduction

Elise is one of the funniest champs I've ever played! Even though her style is close to Nidalee; there is just something about her that just puts her over the top. There aren't many champs that completely own the lane for themselves, especially ones who do not need an overload of AP.

Runes

My runes are the basic AP runes. Flat AP glyphs, quints, seals, with magic penetration Marks. Nothing special.

Masteries

I gave her 9 points of offense, getting the essential AP masteries, along with 9 in the defense masteries getting Magic resist, armor, and Hp per level. The utility was just something I wanted to try out and it seems to be working pretty well for me. I love the movement mastery! i have it for, literally, EVERYONE mastery page. The extra gold helps a little. My farming leaves much to desire, unless I'm Katarina, but my kills makes up for it lol.

Items

Like a stated before, I do not build an overload of AP. The guide is giving me 282 AP but in-game i have like 330-something. But what I lack in frontal power i make up with constant attacks and an early game domination.
I start off with a doran's ring just to get a little more power; normally when my opponent in Mid-lane starts off with boots and potions, I can beat them easily with long ranged attacks.
Then i get the Amplifying tome to start rushing the Fiendish codex. The codex gives me that CDR that I just love and it serves a better purpose later on in the game
After I get the codex, i get the Boots of Speed and then move on.
Next I get the Blasting wand to start building the Rylai's Crystal Scepter and then i get the Giants belt. I get the most expensive items for the Scepter first.
once I finish the Scepter, I back track through my items and finish the Sorcerer's Shoes for that lovely extra magic penetration.
Next, The codex completes it's purpose and becomes Anthene's Unholy Grail. Tbh, this has to be my favorite item ever. It gives 90 Ap, CDR, Magic Resist, and an immense amount of Mana regen. I call it "The Blue Buff of items" xD.
After I get my First 3 complete items, I start building the Abyssal Scepter. this is mostly for the spider form. The Abyssal Scepter and the Crystal Scepter mix is OP in its self. While they're trying to run away all i have to do is Rappel up, use venomous bite which slows them down do too the scepter, then use Skittering Frenzy which keeps them slowed while healing me, and doing damage.
After the Abyssal Scepter, I start building the Frozen Heart. I get the Chain mail first, the Glacial Shroud, and finish it off from there. I rarely get to build this far. Either my team has before I could finish the Abyssal Scepter or we lost epically xD. But I love the Frozen heart for its armor, and attack speed slow. =D

Summoner Spells

People say heal is noob, but when you turret dive as much as I do, its awesome =D. I rarely use it while i fighting someone. Unless i'm using Kat, and i have Shunpo'd/Ulti'd into a group of people, I will never use it while fighting someone. Plus, is heal really more noob than Ignite? I mean using ignite means your just not able to secure a kill or you couldn't out maneuver your opponent and weren't able to widdle their HP down =P.

I get Flash to get out of situations I've stupidly put myself in. like turret diving someone with Half hp and then get ganked by 3 other opponents -.-
