Based on mostly crit and crit dmg runes a little unorthodox but seems to work well for me. Big issue with this build is that you can be really powerful but vulnerable in team fights. Try to stay back and parrley as much as you can.

At lvl 1 i like to get the avarice blade and 2 pots so you can harass at lot and parrley the 'Squishy' hopefully for firstblood/assist.

I choose scurvy so if you get into trouble you can use that and use your ghost to get away with no problems.

Life steal and attack damage are a huge part of your game. Life steal to keep you alive of course! and attack damage so your parrley will hit hard. When you crit people for 500+ they aren't confident to 1v1. If they do exhaust is your key.

Cannon Barrage you are on your own pretty much as far as good play and strategic usage. Drop it on enemy towers while you have a lot of creeps to deal/take a tower and drop on your own to defend.

TIP* If an enemy is trying to take your tower, use your ghost and drop Cannon Barrage behind them, then run in using parrley everytime it CD and ATTACK ATTACK. This usually ends up in a kill for me all the time depending on what hero/spells they use.

If you have a few kills and earned some decent $ (EARLY GAME before lvl 10)get B.F sword first to work towards Inf Edge then Jungle/lane creep/typical play to complete it asap.

Inf Edge is item #2 but note* only if you are extremely owning if not follow the build with sheen and then go for it.
