Okay guys.... Since the patch I have absolutely dominated with Soraka.... I rarely lose. This is not because I stack AP and go full out dps, trying to out play Brand, Annie, Leblanc or Veigar.... This is because I'm basically un-killable. For anyone who is planning to use this guide for a DPS Soraka, I suggest you choose another guide because that play-style will not work here. Let's continue. :)

Items are not typical for a regular Soraka build. Boots of Swiftness are great for keeping distance between you and your enemies. Since they increased the cooldown on Astral Blessing, than it is important to make sure you can get away easily. Morelle's Tomb is very useful, since it helps keep you mana-efficient incase you decide to use Starcall alot.... as well as giving you 25% CDR and 75 AP... Rylai's Crystal Scepter is a must have on Soraka now.... The only change in this build I would suggest is using a Thornmail instead of Spirit's Visage if there are 2 or more Melee DPS in the game... That usually tells them to stay away from you...

I use Flash since they reduced the CD on Soraka's heal... It's just required... I also use Fortify because it helps the rest of your team keep the enemy off your turrets. One of the best things you can do for your team is keep them off your turrets and remember to use your Ultimate when it's needed....

Don't be afraid to use Starcall often with Soraka. You'll get last hits on many minions once you get the hang of it.
