This build focuses on attack speed and life steal. The only thing you need to pay attention to is the last item Youmuu's Ghosstblade, if the other team is not stacking armour, don't buy it and replace it with an other Infinity Edge. This build deals a ton of attack damage which allows you to gain a lot of health from life steal in the later game, and buying vampric scepter as first item you can tear up early game with 33% more attack speed right from the start.

If your comfortable without using flash, replace it with SURGE! This allows for a hell of a lot more attack speed in early game.

Play aggressive with Tyrndamere, get lots of minon kills and use bloodlust to heal right away. Spinning slash is an excellent escape move to get out of any trouble. Don't be afraid to engage the enemy after having your ULT. I have seen a lot of players use it then run off, if you use it comit to it and use the attack speed and life steal of the build to take out your enemy. !!
