I know it sounds crazy but this is actually an op build that you have to try. Becouse your e gives you 120% attack speed and procs your titanic hydra and every on hit effect twice which means you do thousands of damage and you still are a tank for your team. With rylay's you have infinite slow from your q and if you dont get rylay's just your ult is enough to save your team and give you a pretty big shield. Oh and you can easily 1v1 any adc trust me.

If you get a good leash so you wont use your smite just go to the other side and steal their buff and if they are there its a free kill too. But if you play against a shampion that has a slow take your w second (read the spell) but if not just take your q and continue farming in your jungle.

When you start a teamfight just go to their backline and kill their adc and when you do go back imidietly to your team and use your ult on their tanks.
