I like it a lot, the other build i use for her is "straight rape no Vaseline," I've been weighing the two and i think this one is better. The runes are a must for Eve, especially early game, and early game is a must for eve. She is just too squishy to spend any time dead early on. One death at LvL 1 puts the other team about two LvL's ahead and makes it extremely easy to feed them. The extra AP from the runes turns the tables and makes you a problem for their whole team. PWN early, PWN all game.
