The first and must have is your first item: Sheen. Play def and farm so long as u can buy sheen.
after u get sheen u can gank other lanes very good, because this item is really good.
and pls dont try to win in early a fight, because evelynn strongest time is the mid and "early late" game champ.
and u must speak with your jungelr very much in early to gank.
What Champ can evelynn conter?, i don`t think she conter any champs, but she make fun to play.
so i hpe u will have fun.
