Hi! It is my first build on mobafire! I wish good luck and have fun with trying this build.

Evelynn is squishy at start but when we develop her potential we will achieve unmarkable assasin who can kill all enemys.

I have choosen this runes because :
Marks : When we will achieve damage from sword of occlut and guinsoo rageblade we will need some extra damage from runes.
Seals : As i told at start Evelynn is very squishy at start of game then some points on HP will be desirable.
Glyphs : Some extra ap from start never do no harm and we will have powerful ravage from start.
Quintessence : After one of the quintessence of one type of runes to enhance their performance and usability

Masteries typically for mages because Evelynn deal massive magic damage.
Note that it reinforced the flash which is very useful to escape and to chase.

I have choosen hybrid type of Evelynn. Only ap type is easier to kill when you are out of mana or when all spels are in cooldown. For example : imagine then you are trying to chase Annie who is running away with 500 HP. Ravage and Shadow Walk are in cooldown. Hate Spike deal little damange . You fires your ultimate : Malice and Spite and you are doing massive damange from normal attack because you have hybrid items !

I have dealed skills like that because Evelynn need a lot of dmg from Ravage and a long time beiing invisible . We are giving points for ulti normally.

I prefer this spells because they arte very good for Eve.
Flash for example will help you to chase enemy or to run away from dangerous situation.
Ignite is good for berthing enemys and running away . For example we can do Ignite from nothing!
