I took a bit to clean up a few things that I was rushing yesterday when I made it, and added a new chapter about vision wards and orcales.
And I agree the Mejai's is a hard item to keep stacks with, but using my guide -should- help you keep stacks by staying away from bad situations and attacking at the right times.

First of all I am not going to vote, because it would seem biased considering I also have an evelynn build, but in my opinion, you shouldn't take a Mejai's, it is a very unreliable item, if you don't get fed early game, you won't do well late game

Pleasantly surprised. Expect some uneducated community members to troll-vote you down. Controversial where Eve fits in the current game. Your guide makes sense and seems viable. Will try when I have time.
