This build is honestly worth a try. I think Life steal + AD + CD Reduction + AS, is a perfect combo for Vayne, with this build/runes/masterys, if a Q is landed late game your Q will be on a 1 sec CD, i take ghost over flash so you can deffinitly secure the kill, and with you CD Reduction your Q can be an EASY escape. Just Q + E + Q to get away from a gank / fight if needed.
