Nope, i can't really stomach ur bullheadedness or lack of argument.
I also added a link to your chapter as you explain my basic points much better then my guide =P
Thanks i appreciate ur points - I make the Mejas argument to counter the idea that Mejas is always situational item on lux. Which is extremely prevalent and i think a detrimental attitude. However I also agree that players should hold both in mind the ideal builds for their champs, and the builds that are suited best to their playing ability - No big sweat in picking up mejas and learning how to keep stacks however.
I personally play with mejas in over 90% of my games and consider the question of it's viability on other factors then most players do. I consider it a matter of probability after its purchase and this is the point i want to get across. I am flamed alot for buying mejas in a losing game but more often then not I am able to procure more then enough stacks to make mejas viable. this is the attitude that i want to get across so that people can be more confident in this item.
Nope, can't really stomach that.
I suggest you turn on "comment to vote"
Also i noticed that there are only 5 complete items in the core items section... I assumed you are intended to fill either Zhonya's or Lich bane into that slot but it would be nice if you had a "typical final build" tab as well as a larger list of possible items classified separately
for example...
Defensive Items
Tons of AP
Magic Pen
Cooldown Reduction
etc...

2. Mejai's is only decent if you have a god like sense of positioning, something beginning players probably won't have. That brings me to another question: Exactly what audience is this guide intended to be for? I know you stated "advanced" in your title, but the majority of players that use this site are less experienced players, and there are only an extreme minority of players that are at a level to reliably have a good enough sense of positioning, and most, if not all of them are guide writers and theory-crafters themselves, and likely won't be referring to other people's guides for information.
3. Albeit far less important than the other points, I still want to get this point across..Please, please, PLEASE make this more colorful.
PS: On a side note, I think I dedicated a whole sub-chapter to
