Please be more detailed.What build u tryed from those 4? Except the one from ranked wich gives more survivability and removes the occult,those 3 are different.For example the hybrid focused on ap makes u poke more with almost all your spells,adding you more burst,but making your q weaker,so its good against squishies and other type of champions,while the ad one is much better at sustained damage.And the last one the pure hybrid wich works really great,its against balanced teams.I find ezreal having problems against some champions like leblanc,kassadin,jarvan,skarner,katarina..etc.I'm sad that you downvoted me but many factors interfere:).Also i see you are level 15 as showed in your profile,I said at pro/cons that ezreal is a bit team dependent (you need at least 1 or 2 teammates that know what they are doing) and its hard to be supported at that level.I'm just sayin :)

Lich bane in trinity force will make him too ap oriented,and im trying to create here a hybrid build.I don't say its a bad item,its really amazing especially on ap build,but i picked trinity force instead of lich bane because of extra health,more hybrid oriented and extra movement speed.And of course,the slow from phage its really good if u are chased by an enemy or you want to slow an enemy,getting a kill/assist for your team or helping your teammate to escape.But lich bane also have his purposes,more damage thanks to its passive,more AP then trinity ,and magic resist.
IT IS a great item for ezreal,but i enjoy playin with trinity force.But its a matter of gamestyle,its not a 'fixed' build,some of you would want to play with lich bane and its a good decision,but using it instead of trinity will make my attack damage pretty weak.
I`ll make a section where i`ll talk about other great items,like lich bane,as u said,i`ll add guinsoo's rageblade,and more.Thanks for your posts!
