Introduction
I'm still editing this build, more things coming soon !
I've Done a couple of changes lately, switched between builds in order to put the pure hybrid first, removed occult because some ppl die too much or they just dislike it and added guinsoo in main build.
From now on,first build (pure hybrid) is my love. :3 Awesome damage output.
READ THIS !
First Build:Real hybrid
Second build :hybrid focusing on AD
Third build is hybrid focusing on AP (for ranked matches) !
Fourth build :hybrid focusing on AP
Fifth build coming soon (Ranked hybrid ad)
Runes for ezreal depend on the player gamestyle,i prefer to play with AP ones:
Greater Mark of Magic Penetration
Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Regeneration
Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power
Greater Quintessence of Ability Power
You can also play with
Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist since i got no defense item for him in this build but if you know how to keep distance you wont have so many problems (BUT i recommend to get
Banshee's Veil instead of one of the items above (preferably excluding archangel) - he is very squishy and even if i prefer to play him as glasscannon (mostly),he die very easily to someone who don't know him properly.
Other runes that works on Ezreal:
Greater Seal of Ability Power
Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist
greater quintessence of desolation

You can also play with

Other runes that works on Ezreal:

greater quintessence of desolation
Masteries are default for a caster, even if i play him as hybrid offensive and defensive masteries aren't as good as support one`s,giving you the extra cdr you need early game in order to stackup your
Sword of the Occult ( if u prefer to play him more cdr oriented you can get
Mejai's Soulstealer instead of occult and u won't need to sell your boots, just pass one of the items above since mejai gives you all the AP you need (with 20 stacks ,
Rabadon's Deathcap and
Rylai's Crystal Scepter you`ll definitelly reach 600ap or more) (but i prefer to get occult because of the q+r boost it gives)

After you almost finish your build you can sell boots to get
Hextech Gunblade for extra damage.
I picked
Archangel's Staff because the
Tear of the Goddess gives me less mana worries early to mid game and since i farmed it the extra ~100 AP is nice..especially with the 30 % from
Rabadon's Deathcap.

I picked

/* If you think u can handle getting those lovely stacks on
Sword of the Occult ,some players just dislike it.So i`m coming with an item build that excludes this item.
*/ Removed,Added guinsoo's instead.
Detailed 2nd build:
Boots+
Health Potion
Sheen+
Tear of the Goddess (if you plan to get
Archangel's Staff / otherwise,u should get
Vampiric Scepter for lane power. Also don't forget about sight ward
After that,finish your boots :
Ionian Boots of Lucidity ,
Mercury's Treads if your enemy is mostly magical or
Berserker's Greaves if you want extra AS.
Finish your
Trinity Force, then create your
Guinsoo's Rageblade
If you picked
Tear of the Goddess ,create
Archangel's Staff ,otherwise (by picking
Vampiric Scepter,focus on finishing your
Bloodthirster
After that,create your
Rabadon's Deathcap and you`re almost ready.
As Last item ,if you play vs mostly magical team ,you should pick
Banshee's Veil.If they are pretty balanced, you might want to go for a survivability item ,like
Rylai's Crystal Scepter. If you have no problems ,
Hextech Gunblade.
For those who want only the item sequence:
1st:
1.
Ionian Boots of Lucidity /
Mercury's Treads for mostly magic enemy /
Berserker's Greaves for extra as.
2.
Rabadon's Deathcap
3.
Lich Bane

Hextech Gunblade

Rylai's Crystal Scepter if you feel you need the extra survivability, or
Hextech Gunblade if you don't have any problems.

The build sequence is at the top,if you want to see the item sequence only,it should be like this:
(Divided in 2):
1st - Trinity Force build+Rylai(Surv+slow):
Berserker's Greaves /
Mercury's Treads vs magical team
Guinsoo's Rageblade
Trinity Force
Hextech Gunblade
Rabadon's Deathcap //
Black Cleaver - i just tryed it (with
Black Cleaver, ended up 20-3 with these 5 items, amazing damage output
Rylai's Crystal Scepter
2nd - Lich bane + Frozen mallet for slow:
Berserker's Greaves /
Mercury's Treads vs high magical team
Sheen but dont finish your
Lich Bane , get
Guinsoo's Rageblade
Hextech Gunblade
Rabadon's Deathcap
Lich Bane finally
Frozen Mallet
(Divided in 2):
1st - Trinity Force build+Rylai(Surv+slow):

2nd - Lich bane + Frozen mallet for slow:

This is a normal skill-up of the spells making your harrassment and farming very good with
Mystic Shot
Essence Flux is a good spell, especially for ap ezreal or hybrid but early game it costs so much mana and the damage is not very impressive, you`ll end up oom in no time,so i prefer to skill-up in
Arcane Shift to lower the cd reduction (it can actually save my life) and to increase his damage output.
Arcane Shift+
Mystic Shot combo is awesome early game.

I find clarity pretty useless after i get my
Tear of the Goddess, but it`s good early game.Ignite is good aswell early game but you should keep the distance lategame,so you won't get in range to ignite someone (usually). So play with whatever spells u want,i find flash good to close the range gap between me and my enemy while he tryes to escape, doin
Flash and
Arcane Shift +
Mystic Shot combo.
Exhaust - good on ezreal ,if you get too close to an enemy,or you want to reduce the damage output from a mage..a good exhaust can save your life.
Ghost - another good spell ,but you already have good movement speed thanks to your trinity force, and if you get 20 stacks on
Sword of the Occult you`ll reach almost 500 MS,making ghost loose his value by a lot.
Heal - you can..but..try not to.
Revive - not.
Smite - you don't jungle, and you shouldnt pick this.
Teleport - sounds nice.and it is.
Cleanse - this is a good spell, but not for ezreal. But if you find yourself in the frontline most of the time or you have some cc problems, you can try playin with that. But there are better spells for you.
Fortify - not.
Clarity - this spell depends on your gamestyle. If you want to play as hybrid ap,or even pure ap,the most damage output will come from your
Essence Flux and
Arcane Shift, but those 2 costs so much mana early game. Also if you have an enemy like jarvan or kassadin, you should last hit with
Mystic Shot, wich will make your mana pretty much gone. But this mana issue will be resolved once you get
Tear of the Goddess ,making the
Clarity more or less useless after that.
Ignite - if you premade with a friend and you go on duo-lane, this will make the difference between a first blood or not.
Rally - who use this?
Clairvoyance - depends. Its not bad,in order to make your ultimate hit more often.BUT..once u use
Clairvoyance,the enemy will realise your
Trueshot Barrage will come into their face,so they`ll try to avoid it.I recommend not to get,its good on a support, and every team should have one.
Flash - YES.Great spell, can save your life many times, can get your kills by using
Flash +
Arcane Shift+
Mystic Shot combo to a low health enemy,it have so many uses.I love it.

YES,u need it.Ezreal is very squishy and even if you have 20-0 ,without a proper team you.will.die.
In order to be successful you need to play safe and be very cautious ,while having your team covering you. This is my 'Normal mode IP farming champion' and my favorite one.
You need at least 1 or 2 people in your team that knows what they are doing in order to win a match. Also never go into melee range in a team fight, stay as far as u can and try to avoid the CC's.

Early game, play defensive. If your enemyes are good, you are too squishy and your damage isnt so amazing to kill them.Unless you have a stun/slower on your lane. But try to get mid everytime its possible.I did some tryes with some flat ad runes and i have to say,its amazing. But the armor pen runes are so much better lategame, even if with one autoattack and
Mystic Shot you`ll get half of health from your enemy.Try for yourself :)
At level 6,you should go back and get your sheen and zerk greaves. If you farmed well,u could even get a pickage or vamp scepter.
Before mid game, you should be able to get your guinsoo.
