Besides, Phantom Dancer is not really a viable item choice for Ezreal because he relies on using Mystic Shot far more than auto attacks in many situations so Statikk Shiv is optimal because this ability procs the on hit effect. Banshee's Veil and Randuin's Omen can be also viable for your "Standard ADC" and I think you Triforce build is not that good because Tear of the Goddess is just a possibilty if you fall behind in lane so Phage or Sheen would be stronger rush items then. For Runes you might consider Greater Quintessence of Life Steal.
