Hello, this build is based on my knowledge as Ezreal. My runes is based on to give a nice start damage, to get first blood and so on, with the attack damage from the marks & quintessence ezreals q gives him alot of bonus damage. And the mastery page is made to do as much damage as possible, but still a bit defensive. I've been working out some builds and this is the best one according to the results it gives alot of attack damage, but even a bit tanky, with about 3000 hp and some magic resistence. My choice of attacks is based on upgrading the q alot first to give it a nice damage since the cooldown is lowest on that one & it does the most damage. later on i skill up the w and e kinda at the same time since they're quite nice both of them. I took ghost and exhaust because it is very nice when you're chasing someone and use your arcane shift and ghost, it gives alot of movement speed & also good when escaping. The exhaust is for reducing the enemies attack damage and ability power, so you can nuke down the target without getting killed, even if the target got more hp than yourself. This is my guide to Ezreal and i almost succed in every game with this build, try to last hit minions alot to get a nice farm & get alot of gold since the items arent that cheap !
