I agree with some of the above post, "Boots and 3 pots are better". "you have way too much attack speed".

I have at times played teemo.... too much. IF you want to go with NO boots, then you need the move speed in your runes, plain and simple. As far as AS goes you can go with seals and marks mid with some MR in glyph's if you think it helps or go ALL AS and build it the same way it is and I think it will work out without wasting too much to the cap.

I don't even... First, why is there 30-0-0 masteries? you have no defences. also, of you like to go mid teemo, he should be pure ap, with the exception of maybe a hextech gunblade. This build is for solo top teemo, which, imo, is alot better. Also, never start with a fking dagger. Why would you? Boots and 3 pots are better. You can kite an escape more effectively, and the potions gie you plenty of sustain. And you have way too much attack speed. wits end and bloodrazor is all you need, getting maladys only on a shred team. There's barely any defense at all. Also, trinity force? just no. Teemo is not an ability spammer. his skills all have fairly long cooldowns. the slow is good, but frozen mallet is a much, much better choice. Also, trinity force and lichbane don't stack. Also, THERE ARE NO BOOTS IN YOUR BUILD. And for a note, shrooms don't do so that much damage because they are used used for disruption, warding, and CC. You really need to rethink your guide.

This guide makes no sense.

I think this is a good guide in the making but make sure to put some coding in... i see alot of spots that could be brightend up with some coding. also, i don't really reccomend 30 0 0 masteries.. consider 27 3 0 as another option so that you dont get crushed by other mid apcs. consider a warding section or a match up list to make this guide better. 1+ from me.
Also, turn on require comment to vote so you dont get trolled.
EDIT: you dont need demolisher or havoc in masteres, you can take those points out for some defense.
