After you have cast your R, Vladimir can W while you are on Undying Rage, so your R basically does nothing. Your R is 5 seconds and Vladimir's W is 2 seconds. That is only 3 seconds for u to kill him while you are in low hp, + Vladimir is ranged and does a lot dmg in mid-game especially.
