Your very first item really, should be the ruby crystal, and not the dorans ring.Why?Because you are a tank, and the ap bit comes later. Plus the ruby goes straight into the rod of ages which should be your core here.
The sorceress are fine I guess,though mercury are still better option.
Morello?Gash...Since you have your clarity,and a huge mana amount from ROA (+ ap) then why morello?Replace it with spirit visage (i think that was the name) it will make ur ulti and imbue better.
Deathfire unlike morello can do some damage for u if u need kills/assists.+ it gives ap.
I will stop here,since i see that u go more into ap rather than hp.And let me tell you- I doubt you will get a good score with this build.We all know that Taric is meant to be a tank, Therefore ROA and spirit visage are his base items.
Last word-Get rid of defensive mastery and invest in archmages savvy....
