I think the build speak for itself. Use drain as your survival, he is good in what ever lane, and I prefer using flash and teleport. As soon as I get enough for Mejai's Soulstealer, and I've reached lvl6, I recall, buy it, and possibly add some mana pots, and I teleport to wich ever lane most suitable for a gank. I use my ult, combined with my flash, and fear-drain, often going for the carry on the other team.

Teemo is a lane partner i really prefer.
