I dont think udyr is weak at beginning , it depends how u set up ur runes and your master abilities, I always get kill between lvl 3 or 4 or even earlier jst by using shield and phoenix. You make combo exhaust > Ignite > phoneix , if they are still attacking u, shield and go phoenix again = always get me a kill. check mine, ill try yours anyway tomorrow :)
